Getting in touch

One email address, no contact form, and a short list of what we can and cannot help with — including the things that are faster to ask someone else.

There is one way to reach us, and it is email. hello@phuket-aero.com

There is no contact form on this site, and there will not be one: a form would mean collecting personal details we have no reason to hold. An email address does the same job and leaves the copy of the conversation with both of us.

What is worth writing about

A price, a schedule or a detail that has changed. This is the most useful message anyone sends. A fare that no longer matches the counter, a bus that stopped running at the time we say it does, a pier that moved — tell us what you saw and roughly when, and it gets checked and fixed.

Something that is plainly wrong. Wrong name, wrong direction, a link that goes nowhere.

Business and partnership enquiries, including transfer operators who want to be listed. Say what you operate and where; it is a short conversation either way.

Press and permissions. Ask before republishing anything from here.

What we cannot help with

Bookings. We do not sell transfers, tickets or rooms, and we do not hold anybody’s reservation. If you booked through a company you reached from a link here, that booking is with them and they are the ones who can change it — the confirmation email you received is the fastest route to their support.

Flight status. The live boards for arrivals and departures answer that faster than an email can.

Lost luggage. Your airline, at the airport, on the day. Nobody else can start that process.

Anything that is properly the airport’s business — lost property, official enquiries, complaints about a service inside the terminal. This site is not connected with Phuket International Airport, with Airports of Thailand, or with any government or official body: we have no access to their systems and cannot pass a message on. Their own channels are the only ones that work.

What to expect

The site is run by one person, so replies take days rather than minutes, and messages that need something checked on the ground take longer than that. Corrections get acted on even when the reply is slow — often the fix reaches the page before the answer reaches you.

Messages selling search-engine services, link placements or written content are deleted unread.
